Delivery Terms
• Tooligo Stocked Products: Orders placed within Istanbul before 12:00 PM are delivered the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next day. Deliveries outside Istanbul are handled by our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.
• Depending on availability, same-day delivery may be offered for some products.
• Products are carefully planned and delivered to your address in line with your delivery address and the time slot you selected.
Return Terms
• The return pickup address may be different from the delivery address. If you wish, you can easily update the return address up to 1 day before the end of the rental period.
• As the return day approaches, we send you a reminder email. If you cannot return the product at the specified time, you can provide your new time information with one click from this email.
• Individual User Products: Return requests are reviewed and approved by Tooligo within 24 hours. After approval, you can return it for free from Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the given code.
Return Conditions and Evaluation
• If there is damage/defect not stated in the listing, if the product does not work, or if its features do not match those in the listing, you can request a return.
• You must report damage or missing items within the first 12 hours after your order is delivered. Return requests cannot be created for reports made outside this period.
• Full Refund: If your return request is found valid, the rental, service fee, and assurance fee if any, are refunded to you without deduction.
• Partial Refund: If your return request is not found valid; the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the time the product stayed with you (on a business day basis) + 2 days rental fee, service fee, and assurance fee if any.
